How can I order socks with my logo?
It’s very simple: send us your logo or brand guidelines. Within 24 hours, our designers will create a professional 3D mockup for free. This allows you to see a realistic visualization of your product before production begins.
Can I order a physical sample? Yes! We can produce a physical prototype of your sock so you can personally verify the knitting quality, yarn shades, and thickness before launching the full production run.

2. Production & Quality
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We use state-of-the-art machinery that allows us to be highly flexible. We accept custom orders starting from just 30 pairs per design—ideal for small teams, restaurants, or limited edition drops.
What materials do you use?
We use exclusively premium combed cotton certified by OEKO-TEX®. This guarantees that the material is eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, and extremely durable.
How long does production take?
The actual knitting process takes an average of 1 week (depending on the order volume). We value your time and strictly adhere to the deadlines specified in our agreement.
3. Shipping & Customs (Europe)
How long does delivery take?
From the moment the design is approved until the socks arrive at your door, it typically takes 2–3 weeks.
Do I have to pay customs duties or VAT upon delivery?
No. We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means we handle all customs clearance, VAT, and logistics costs. You receive your order directly at your door with no extra charges or paperwork.
4. Payment & Documentation
How does the payment process work?
We operate officially. Once the design is approved, we issue an official corporate invoice. You can pay via bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT) directly to our company account.
Are there any hidden fees after I pay the invoice?
Absolutely not. The amount stated in the invoice is final and all-inclusive: covering design, production, packaging, and "turnkey" delivery. No hidden commissions, guaranteed.

Of course! We design custom cardboard header tags, individual bags, or branded gift boxes tailored to your brand, ensuring your merch looks like a premium retail product.
